IQ Of Childrens

How to increase the IQ of a child ?

There are several things that play into this:
* cognitive skills - reasoning.
HELP It: by asking questions that are not easy and praising children on not the "right" answer, but on how well they think through it

* spatial skills (manipulating shapes in the mind)
HELP It: by playing with blocks, Lego, reading play maps

* language skills - how to say what you mean and understand what is being said by others
HELP It: Play a game where you have to say what the other person said with different words

* social skill readings (sometimes called EQ for Emotional Quotient)
HELP it: Show pictures or videos without sound and ask the child what the person they see is feeling and thinking

* creativity - in my opinion this is larger than all other components
HELP It: Play crazy association games. Say a word and ask for the child to say what it makes them think about. Then ask why. HAve them draw a picture about it, or make up a song or a skit or just let them show it however they like

The biggest thing is to be involved. Let your child do things with you that might seem to be beyond their years. Encourage. Praise. Reward.

For every one negative said to your child try to balance it with at least ten positives. It is all about getting as close as possible to full potential.
